Alan Applebaum
With over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting, Alan’s goals are to have fun while helping his clients learn and grow. His experience includes IRS representation, tax planning, preparation and consulting for individuals, estates, trusts, corporations, and partnerships, as well as general accounting and business consulting services. He began his career in accounting as an Internal Revenue Agent where he learned IRS practice and procedures. Other positions held include Tax Manager at a South Florida regional accounting firm and Chief Financial Officer for a multi-million-dollar company with over 15 locations and over 250 employees. Alan has over 20 years of academic experience. As a tenured professor, he taught over 8,500 students in accounting, tax and computerized applications.
